OUR MISSION

Urban Research Park CDE, LLC (URP) was founded in 2004 with a mission to serve low-income communities (LICs) and low-income persons (LIPs) nationally by expanding (1) healthcare access and services, (2) education in allied health and technical fields, and (3) emerging technology and manufacturing business.  URP accomplishes its mission through participation in the federal New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) program.
