Josh Ferguson

Josh Ferguson is URP's President, as well as Vice President of Townsend Capital, LLC, URP's Controlling Entity. Mr. Ferguson also sits on URP's Investment Committee. Mr. Ferguson is responsible for supervising all of URP's NMTC activities, including capital raising, deployment, the Community Partnerships Program, asset and risk management, and program compliance. He has over 15 years of experience in financing community development projects. Prior to joining URP, Mr. Ferguson was a credit analyst for GE Capital. Mr. Ferguson holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Oklahoma.
